Mumbai based Financial Information Network & Operations Ltd. (FINO) is a multi-institution promoted company and had been mandated to implement RSBY project on behalf of ICICI Lombard GIC. FINO urgently requires young and enthusistic people in various functions for end-to-end Project implementation.

1. Executive Logistics (Lucknow/Noida) : 02 posts, Experience : 2-6 years
2. Cluster Heads (Districts) : Multiple Positions, Own and manage the project at Cluster (4-6 district) level. Should have strong leadership skills, go-getter attitude and preferably experience in managing complex operational projects. Exp. 2-6 years.
3. District Heads/ Coordinators (District) : Multiple Positions, Overall in-charge for the district activities. Laison with Govt. authorities. Exp. 3+ years.
4. Executive - Technical support (Districts) : Multiple positions. Technical Support on field. Maintenance experience ideally with Hardware/ Maintenance diploma. Exp. 0-5 years
5. Executive Commercial (Districts) : Multiple positions. Exp. 2-4 years
6. Executive Audit (Districts) : Multiple Positions. Grads with basic understanding of process review. Putting findings in logical manner.
7. Supervisors (Districts) : Multiple positions., Graduates with experience in handling a team of 10-20 people. Exp. 2-4 years
8. Supervisors Canvassing (Districts) : Multiple positions., Graduates with experience in managing canvassing of mass awareness project at district-level. Experience with NGO will be a plus. Exp. 1-5 year
